The 2019 Namibian Annual Music Awards Female Artist & Artist of the Year Lize Ehlers and recently crowned Artist of the Decade Gazza combined forces and created a bop titled Happy.
They released the equally sensational music video for the song on 6 November. The track, said to be the Kedecember hit for Namibia, was born when MORENGA, the rapper/producer/DJ formerly known as LOFT teamed up with producer Jvck Swayd.
The video is captured in grand style by Reggie Films with the styling services of Styled By Martina, make up by Miss Jey-Arts, hair by Roberto Meneguzzo, wardrobe by Renaissance Thrift, Nikola Conradie, Ingo Shanyenge and House of Poulton.
“It was a massive honor to create such an inclusive product with Gazza. It just shows how open-minded this influential man is,” Ehlers says about the colabration with Gazza.
Happy was filmed with The TRIAD- 3 stunning Namibian drag queens namely Miss Mavis, Gigi Has Arrived & Monique Critique.
The three Namibian entertainers have an incredible repertoire of creative range from script production, dance, choreography, comedy, radio work, hair and fashion.
The video also features actor and lifestyle celebrity Adriano Visagie.
The entire video is a celebration of life’s melancholy that can be turned into happiness.
